Returns and Refund Policy

All sales are Final unless the product is incorrect or damaged. We do not refund for buyers remorse.

Damaged Items:
The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery at support@critter-life.com! If you fail to make contact within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of the delivery date, you completely forfeit any and all rights to a refund.

Wrong Size Ordered:
If you ordered the wrong size, a refund will not be issued to you.

Wrong Size Delivered:
If you ordered a specific size but received something different instead, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Contact me at support@critter-life.com within 7 BUSINESS DAYS, and I’ll tell you what your next steps are. Be sure to note your Order Number when contacting us.
